Carlos Montoya is a classical guitar player who is well within his eighties. Even though he also has arthritis in his fingers, he still is one of the major classical guitar players in the world. My mom had arthritis in her spine and knees. Eventually she had both of her knees replaced. I too, have some of it in my knees and fingers.

This can be caused by an inflammation or in the cartilage in the common or something wrong with the joint’s synovial fluid. In dogs, the most common forms of arthritis are osteoarthritis, immune mediated arthritis, infective arthritis, and idiopathic arthritis.

QUESTION: Who all has some great remedies for Arthritis?Degenerative arthritis in hips and legs. I am within my weight range.
Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM in it too, those three work wonders for arthritis pain. It takes a while to start to feel better though. I also use Tiger Balm (like an icy/hot) it stinks to high heaven but it works great. If you go to a healthfood store, and get the supplement Hyaluronic Acid, it works similar to the G&C&MSM but it helps to lubricate the joints faster which decreases pain faster too. It can cause heartburn (it does to me but not my mom or grandma) so it may be worth a shot. Advil or Aleve help with pain. They make those Thermacare heat wraps now for knees, oh those are wonderful for knee pain, throw one on and ur good to go for a few hrs. Try some gentle exercises where you stretch like yoga, or exercising in a pool helps. It takes the weight off your joints so that you can move around easier. The more you move the joints the better they will functino in the long run. Maybe talk to your doctor about going for a few sessions of physical therapy…they can show you some good exercises and activities that you can then do at home to help too…
Arnica gel, low sugar diet, stretching, yoga, marijuana, ice and warm baths.
Glucosamine chondrointin – doctors take it! I've read for years about the raisins in gin – google that to find info; I've never used it because I'm allergic to gin. If you are overweight, get those pounds off. Exercise in a pool. Visit with your doctor for advice on pain relief. Eventually, hip and knee replacements.
