  • cortizone works for some, but it did not for me, i had one knee replaced and another in a few months, just like myself when it gets down to bone on bone most meds works like jelly beans… find a good pair of shoes, funny how i had luck with a simple pair of crocs, at least it allows me to stand in one place longer… a stationery bike might help as well, it help develop better the lower front thigh, that can take some stress off of the joint ( the cane would be used on the opposite side of the bad leg)
