my hips feel uncomfortable, and its not really a pain, but its annoying! so annoying that it keeps me awake at night. i think i just need to stretch those muscles a little bit. what are some good stretches for my hips!? thank ya :)

  • you should identify the source of your hip pain. i used to have lower back pain and found that I just sitting for way too many hours a day. i don't think we can stretch hips…but back and leg exercises should help. it could also be the beginnings of arthritis (which can happen at any age)
